Abuela Gloria's (QEPD) recipes live on in her granddaughter and Pacheco's food. I appreciate that the sweeten the corn with sugar cane and yet it still isn't overbearing. “We got some tamales at their stand in Orange Park in SSF and the tamales were delicious! The tamales are big and flavorful. Our favorite was the pork, spicy but not too spicy. Our daughter loved the corn one, slightly sweet. He even gave us an extra jalapeño cheese to try! Can't wait to get them again next time!”
